I love our beautiful new word wall!

Right before we left for Thanksgiving break, we–well, actually Ray, Steve, and Mark–installed about twenty words. The lovely, purple vinyl words were a gift from my generous friends at Syba Signs for whom I did workshops this summer.

I hope the words continually remind us of what we can do every day in our library.

Thanks for your efforts in compiling our Word Wall for our Library.

We are really happy with the result and have attached images for you please feel free to use them as you wish.

I have attached images of us applying the words. We found sticking the word using the font, not the paper, as a straight line assisted with lining up and applying the words.

Thanks again for your effort in having this ready for our open day tomorrow.

This bright and colourful display was created by two Year 8 students to showcase the new Syba Genre stickers that I am currently in the process of adding to our collection.

We had a lot of fun hanging up the butterflies and clouds. This is the most effective Book Week display we have ever made. One of the best things about these butterflies and clouds, is that we can use them in other displays; they were good value!

Our Phoenix library is rising from the ashes  - taking good shape.  Staff and students are  very impressed with the Wordle that  greets them and the students are finding their way around the newly genrefied fiction section thanks to the good signage.

Graphics on our library windows have brought this (new) building to life and the community loves it!
