Mark the position of panel '1' using your measuring tape or ruler. Use small pieces of masking tape to act as guide for positioning of the first panel. Correct positioning of panel 1 is important.
Remove panel marked '1' from its backing paper.
Tip: Make sure the adhesive side doesn't come into contact
with itself or anything other than the wall or window you intend to apply it to.
Line up panel '1' just inside your masking tape guides. These guides are acting as a straight edge. Apply the top 10-15cm of the wall graphic to the wall. Now that the top 10-15cm is secured, let go of the graphic and let it hang down.
Step back and check the positioning of the panel. Take some additional measurements to a known straight edge, and if required reposition your graphic.
When you are happy, take your blue squeegee and using the felt edge, firmly smooth the wall graphic onto the wall. Start from the top and move downwards.
Mark the top edges for your next panel with masking tape guides. Panel 2 will overlap Panel 1. We have marked the overlap with masking tape on both panels so ensure they line up and meet.
Repeat steps 1-5 until you have finished applying all panels. Pay particular attention to ensure the images on each panel line up,
especially where there is text.
When you are finished, carefully remove the masking tape guides from the wall and mural panels. Go over the panels again, paying particular attention to the overlaps.
